Can we heal past trauma within ourselves through medıtation?

Sirius is a global project, one guided meditation, about 12 minutes, that thousands of people sit down for at the same moment — across countries, cultures and time zones. It begins at the Adria HEARTS Summit in Croatia, and you can join from anywhere.

Why ask it together?

Trauma is mostly private. It is carried alone, worked with alone, spoken about — when it is spoken about at all — one room, one hour, one person at a time.

Sirius asks a different kind of question: what happens when thousands of people, in different countries and different languages, sit down in the same 12 minutes of practice at the same moment? Not as a treatment, and not with an answer prepared in advance.

Nobody knows. That is exactly why it is worth looking — carefully, in public, with the measurements published whatever they show.

What actually happens?

12 minutes, guided

Michal guides the meditation aloud. Attention rests gently on the heart area, the breath stays comfortable, and a renewing feeling — appreciation, care, gratitude — is allowed to arise on its own. There is nothing to achieve or force.

live music, improvised

Musicians improvise live, listening to Michal and to the room as the meditation unfolds — a continuous dialogue between voice, sound and the people in the practice. Nothing is pre-recorded, so no 2 mornings are the same.

in the room, and everywhere

The room is in Croatia. The moment is wherever you are — joined by Zoom, with the audio mixed live for the people at home. The room opens about 5 minutes before, with a waiting room and a moderator.

How will we look for an answer?

Observed, gently

During the meditations, collective processes are observed with tools such as GCP2 / HeartMath and Sputnik. The protocol is still being finalised.

One room, 5 mornings

The same room and comparable conditions are held across all 5 mornings so they can be compared — and the measurements never interfere with the meditation itself.

Observations, not findings

Nothing here diagnoses, monitors or treats anything, and no outcome is promised to anyone taking part. The limits are stated plainly.

Published, whatever they show

The measurements from the 5 mornings will be published after the summit — nothing withheld for being unremarkable.

The vision

Sirius becomes part of how coherence, peace and prosperity are recovered — more understanding between people, nations and religions, more collaboration and less competition.

And it gives back. Through the International Alliance we have already begun with help for Nepal, and support continues to go to trauma-releasing projects and social causes wherever they are needed.

The project will span for 5 years

We want to see a world without war — and we don't want to ask for it only from time to time.

Trauma that goes unhealed expresses itself as pain, as illness, as conflict — in a person, in a nation, in the planet. Healing it releases an enormous amount of energy, and that energy can be used to grow. Coming together into one field, at the same time, is how we think that healing scales: nobody has to travel, and nobody has to wait.

So October is a beginning, not the whole of it. Every morning is filmed and documented by Tsipi Raz, and measured by HeartMath, Bio-Well and John Stuart Reid — so what happens is recorded, not only felt.

What happens after October?

3–7 October 202607:30 each morningsame room, 5 days

Sirius opens at the Adria HEARTS Summit in Croatia — 5 mornings, 3–7 October 2026, the same room at the same hour, onsite and online together. And it does not end when the summit does. After October, Sirius continues as an online platform: a permanent home for regular collective meditations, for the research findings, and for the international community that forms around this work. The 5 days in Croatia are the beginning, not the whole story.

Can your community carry it?

Sirius is built to be carried. Community organisations, schools, practitioner networks and studios can bring the live meditation to their own people — in the room where they already gather, or on the channels where they already speak. The broadcast, the schedule and the assets to announce it are prepared for you.

We are glad to walk your team through the project, the research and the practical details in a short online meeting.

What is this not?

Sirius is not therapy, not treatment, and not a substitute for professional care. Taking part is voluntary. If you have a medical or psychological condition, are in treatment, are pregnant, or are unsure whether meditation suits you, speak with a qualified healthcare professional first. And in every session, you may pause, move, open your eyes or stop at any moment.
